Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $60 ship free within the U.S.
For orders under $60, we charge a flat rate of $9.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During new product drops or busy seasons, please allow a bit of extra time—we’re a small team, and we pack everything with care.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the continental U.S.
Products & Ingredients
What are your candles made of?
All of our candles are made with 100% soy wax, premium fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, and cotton wicks. We never use paraffin or chemical additives.
How long do your candles burn?
- 6.5oz candle: ~ 35 - 40 hours
- 10oz candle: ~ 50 - 55 hours
Actual burn time may vary depending on the space and how the candle is cared for.
Do you use essential oils?
We use premium fragrance oils designed for clean, long-lasting scent throw. Some include essential oil components, but our scents are not marketed as therapeutic-grade aromatherapy.
Are your room sprays safe to use around kids or pets?
Yes! Our room sprays are alcohol-free, VOC-free, and phthalate-free—made with the same clean fragrance oils we use in our candles. We always recommend spraying into the air or onto linens, not directly on skin or pets.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our candles and room sprays are vegan and never tested on animals.
Candle Care & Safety
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before every burn. this ensures a clean, even flame and prevents soot.
- Let the wax pool reach the edge on the first burn.
- Burn for 2-4 hours max at a time. This extends the life of your candle and prevents overheating.
- Never leave a candle unattended. Always place on a heat-safe surface, away from pets, children, and drafts.
- Stop burning when only 1/2" of wax remains.
What if my candle is tunneling or burning unevenly?
This is typically caused by not allowing the wax pool to reach the edge on the first burn. Allow it to burn longer on your next use to reset the melt pool.
Returns & Damages
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handmade and used for home fragrance, we’re unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. That said, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. Reach out to us through our Contact Us page and we’ll make it right.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the damaged item and shipping box through our Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Everything Else
Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?
We don’t offer full gift wrapping at this time, but every order is packed with care. You can leave a note during checkout if you’d like us to include a handwritten message.
